2022 Women’s Fall Retreat: Boxcars and Baggage, Riding the Rails of Emotion
September 23–25 at Delavan Lake Resort in Delavan, Wisconsin

Women are invited to a weekend of friendship, faith and community building as we discuss: Riding the Rails of Emotion. We think of some emotions as good and others as bad. But God made every part of us, and no matter how we are feeling, we can always turn to Him for help. Register by Sunday, June 12

For many years, Barrington United Methodist Church has hosted a weekend Women’s Retreat. In addition to studying scripture and enhancing our relationships with God and each other, the Retreat allows attendees to participate in a service project to benefit our community. This year, we plan to create 75 soup kits to be donated as a supplement to the October Carpentersville Community Meal. Even if you’re unable to attend the retreat, you can still participate in the service project by donating supplies to make the soup kits. We are collecting the items below through Sunday, September 4. Please leave your donations in the containers located in the rotunda. Thank you in advance for your support and help in feeding the hungry in our community!
